Keeper of the Flame deals 3 damage to target player instead of 2.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Shock instead of Lightning Bolt
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
