Describe the Bug:
Jade Leech doesn't affect green spells

Which card did behave improperly ?
Jade Leech

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
OoAv2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Jade Leech affect green spells

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It needs "Flags: Play Cost" set in ct_all.csv. I've added it to my "help, help, please edit the csvs" file.

This was added in time for PtT and should be fixed and released already.
