Describe the Bug:
Razormane Masticore:
1- triggers to make damage on both players draw step.
2- the damage from its ability doesn't resolve immediately.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3- ONSLAUGHT.V2
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Makes 3 damage to target only at owners draw step.
2- Damage is applied immediately.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The damage seems to go through only every other time. Possibly, when a second effect creates a damage card or effect. When I put a stop on the draw step, the damage transmogrifies from an effect card into actual damage during the draw step; without that stop, it doesn't happen until the first main phase (presumably because there's a stop there). Stops on the AI's turn don't affect its behavior. I don't see a pattern.

1 was already fixed by Gargaroz during his upkeep update.
I see damage not resolving fairly frequently, not just from this. It's frustrating and I don't know what causes it.

So Gargaroz upkeep update is not just upkeep update since I am talking the other ability that is activated in draw step.

You're right, I misread your report. I fixed it in 0535a10 (in time for Portals to Theros) but didn't post.

Fixed the damage-cards-hanging-around part in b65e3dc (for Razormane Manticore) and 150602c (for the apparently-random cases, which were triggered by "you can play additional lands" effects).
