Describe the Bug:

Psychic Allergy at the first upkeep get an error and closes

Which card did behave improperly ?

Psychic Allergy

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Psychic Allergy deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of nontoken permanents of the chosen color he or she controls.

I confirm it,though it happens only on first owners upkeep - it seems to work fine on opponents upkeep.

The code was completely redone, conside it fixed.
