Organ Grinder ability only accept land as card to exile and will stuck the game in the card selection mode until spam esc button is done, which will still resolve the effect regardless of the number of cards that were exiled
Which card did behave improperly ?

Organ Grinder ability accept all cards to exile and do not stuck the game
