[fixed/closed]Hull Breach

Describe the Bug:
When Hull Breach is cast, caster cannot cancel the artifact selection in order to select an enchantment, if there is no artifact in bf spell can't be resolved and has to be canceled.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Hull Breach is cast, caster can chose an enchantment without choosing an artifact.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
