Describe the Bug:
Flash of Insight does not ask for X when cast, thus consider the cast as 01U and do nothing either in normal or flashback mode.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Flash of Insight
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
