Describe the Bug:
- Yawgmoth's Agenda still allow to play more than 1 spell per turn
- Yawgmoth's Agenda doesn't allow to play cards in gy

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
- Yawgmoth's Agenda doesn't allow to play more than 1 spell per turn
- Yawgmoth's Agenda allows to play cards in gy

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The only effect working is exile from anywhere to gy, it's a nice card to Donate

Fixed both code and bad values in "ct_all".
