Describe the Bug:
- Quicksilver Dagger is not attached to target creature and stays in the bf as a global enchantment
- When activated, Quicksilver Dagger does not deal damage to target player and ask for target creature/player

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
- Quicksilver Dagger is attached to target creature as an Aura
- When activated, Quicksilver Dagger does deal 1 damage to target player and only ask for target player

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The only effect working is the draw card one.
