Describe the Bug:
Quiet Speculation shuffle the lib of target player each time a card is chosen.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Quiet Speculation
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Quiet Speculation shuffle the lib of target player after up to 3 cards are chosen.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
