What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should be able to cast Crown of Fury (I have the required mana and a creature that can be enchanted by it)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Whops, it's a globla bug affecting all "crowns" from Oslaught. Fixed as b562298
