Angelic Arbiter does not appear to function correctly the turn after it is put into play. When the AI casts Angelic Arbiter, during the next turn I am locked out of casting any spells regardless if I attack or not. Once the Angelic Arbiter starts to attack things work fine.
I assume something is reversed about this card but hopefully its more obvious when someone looks at the card's code.
