Horizon Chimera cannot be cast though its name shows up yellow and I have 2GU.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Portals to Theros
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Horizon Chimera can be cast for 2GU (with Flash)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
