[fixed/closed]Rage Nimbus
by Aswan jaguar » 17 Nov 2013, 09:01
Describe the Bug:
1- Rage Nimbus abilities submenu asks for "Select target player"
2- Not all creatures that are selected oblige to the ability by AI at least even though they are not tapped, defender,or have any other ability.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Rage Nimbus
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
onslaught.v2-duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- "Select target creature" or "Select target creature to attack" or...
2- AI is obliged to put all the chosen creatures that are allowed by their abilities to attack.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Plus, you can't activate it on your own turn. (Not that you'd want to, but it's legal.)
Must-attack not working was a global bug; it's fixed in PtT.
Fixed the prompt and made always-activateable for non-ai in 564007b.

I observed it but it seems redundant.I can't think of a scenario that I would want to attack with a creature and I couldn't do that normally and I would need Rage Nimbus ability to help.Unless it can override an earlier ability that said that creature can't attack this turn.Plus, you can't activate it on your own turn. (Not that you'd want to, but it's legal.)
edit: which it can't since it says "if able".

I seem to recall a False Orders -like card that lets you decide which creatures your opponent attacks with? And, um, maybe you need something to spend mana on to get Omnath, Locus of Mana to a lower power at instant speed, say, in response to Smite the Monstrous?

I second you on that(most times). Some cards are useless without it.Korath wrote:

Maybe you can configure it to config.txt for anyone who likes to remember the past eras.
