Masked Admirers can be returned from graveyard even if opponent casts a creature spell.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Masked Admirers can be returned from graveyard ONLY if you cast a creature spell and pay cost.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed f36e4a3, along with a similar but much rarer problem with Vengevine. (Which triggered on each of your opponent's creature spells if you'd already played exactly two creatures that turn, but declined to put it in play.)
