Describe the Bug:
"Persist" is broken with a new patch - looks like any creature with "persist" somehow "remembers" that it already died once, and when it dies for the second time (with -1/-1 counter removed by Heartmender, Melira or any other means), it goes to the graveyard instead of returning to the battlefield.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Any creature with "persist".
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Portals to Theros, Duel.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Creature with "persist" ability should be put back to the battlefield, if it dies without -1/-1 counter.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In an attached savegame, Kitchen Finks have died once and don't have -1/-1 counter (Heartmender, yay). Btw, Algae Gharial doesn't have +1/+1 counter despite being on the battlefield when Kitchen Finks died - this happens sometimes, but I can't see any pattern to this bug.

Mmmh, seems like something is messed in the counters managing. I'll investigate.

Found the culprit : when removing counters different than +1/+1, the bug appears.
