Describe the Bug:
If Krosan Cloudscraper is cast as a face down creature and turned face up, next upkeep if owner choose to pay the upkeep but hit cancel Krosan Cloudscraper is sacced but another will appear in the bf and nothing will happen in the next 2nd upkeep even if owner choose to pay but cancel again (no sac).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If Krosan Cloudscraper is cast as a face down creature and turned face up, next upkeep if owner choose to pay the upkeep but hit cancel Krosan Cloudscraper is sacced

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

If owner cast Krosan Cloudscraper normally and hit cancel when choosing to pay upkeep the sac will happen correctly
