Describe the Bug:
Dragon Wings doesn't have cycling

Which card did behave improperly ?
Dragon Wings

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
PTT

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Dragon Wings has cycling

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Another bug besides no cycling is that if returned to the battlefield with it's last ability cmc 6 or greater creature enter the battlefield,it doesn't enchant that creature but asks for target and can be used to enchant any creature.

Still doesn't have cycling.

When a creature with CMC ≥ 6 enters the battlefield while Dragon Wings is in the player's graveyard and the player chooses the "Return Dragon Wings to play" option, Dragon WIngs is atatched to that creature. The bug reported by Aswan jaguar is fixed.
