Describe the Bug:
I don't seem to be given the option of flashbacking Lingering Souls, even though I have that card in the graveyard and enough mana to do it.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Lingering Souls

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
July 2013 Odyssey/Invasion patch v2 (Duel/Gauntlet)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If I have Lingering Souls in the graveyard and B1 mana available, I should be given the option of flashbacking Lingering Souls.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Flashback is broken in general this release. It's already fixed for the next one.

You can flashback Lingering Souls but you can do it instantly but the card is a sorcery.Only instants with flashback can be flash-backed instantly.

I reported an old bug with Sever the Bloodline that I don't think was ever addressed, but its the exact same thing. It can be flashed back at instant speed but its a sorcery. Perhaps there are more sorceries with this problem?

Oh, I see, it's a bug in the Flashback code. Fixed.
