Describe the Bug:
If I use Time Ebb to return creature that was stolen by Stolen Goods the creature doesn't return to owner.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Time Ebb
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The creature that was stolen from my library has to return to me as I am the owner if I use Time Ebb says return to owner.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It's another Stolen Goods bug, is fixed as d60c2a9

Are you sure? because Stolen Goods worked fine with another card that returned creature to top of the library.
