Cerebral Vortex doesn't deal damage at all or it doesn't calculate correctly all the time.(In the savegame I cast it on AI on main phase so with the 2 cards drawn from the spell and 1 from draw phase 2+1=3 cards so 3 damage has to be made but none was applied)
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The damage has to calculate all cards drawn before the spell resolves.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
