Describe the Bug:
Leyline of Singularity doesn't consider Tokens as permanent to make them Legendary so player has to keep only one of tokens with the same name.

When I test it, Leyline of Singularity doesn't make anything legendary.

It just didn't happen in my games which are draft to have duplicate creatures almost at all so Tokens only came up.

Not blaming, this is why we confirm bugs. Lord knows I've missed my share of details.

Oh, I see, Legend rule is changed and I forgot to update this. Consider it fixed.
