Describe the Bug:
Primal Boost apparently can't be cycled

Which card did behave improperly ?
Primal Boost

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
PTT

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Primal Boost should have cycling for 2G and should give a creature +1/+1 when cycled.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly related: Decree of Silence can't be cycled to counter a spell.

A clean deck containing nothing but Primal Boost, Decree of Silence and land did not have a rules engine card.

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
