The game freezes when Lim Dul the Necromancer is on the battlefield.
Each time, the AI start "thinking" during its turn on when a lethal source could cause a creature to die. Can't provide savegames: they are always corrupted.
Most used in EDH
As of PTT the game still loop when lethal damage is about to be resolved, and Lim-Dûl the Necromancer doesn't have the regen icon

But it is only lethal damage, dying by other means works fine.

Fixed code & bad values in ct_all.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
