Describe the Bug:
AI can pay lots of times the replicate cost for the same target with Shattering Spree paid 2 replicate costs while none was needed as I had only 1 artifact.Even with AI having 1 artifact in play the 2nd replicate was not needed.In fact AI spent all his
mana to it.(it didn't have though anything else to play).
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
AI pays replicate costs according to how +1 artifacts wants to destroy.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Added a safeguard for spell that makes sense only if targets one different target per "spell replicate" as 270dde3
