Describe the Bug:
Nylea's Presence doesn't draw you a card when it enters the battlefield and doesn't let you tap the enchanted land for other colors.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Nylea's Presence enters the battlefield, draw a card. Nylea's Presence makes enchanted land every basic land type in addition to its other types.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Draw a card fixed in 68d64bf.

Tap for activation needs a ct_all.csv update (+Flags: Mana Source).

(This isn't fixed yet; I can't make the ct_all.csv update.)
