[fixed/closed]Ice Cage

Describe the Bug:
Ice Cage does not prevent player-controlled creatures from attacking. The AI seems to respect the card on its creatures however.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

This was reported last March by Stassy checking a previous report of mine.If anyone has the will to investigate more here are the 2 links:

Same bug as Cage of Hands here. Will be fixed along with the rest of defender once I finish stripping out the exe version.

Everything but the last ability (which works just fine) delegated to Arrest as a tiny part of 269d3ab.
