Describe the Bug:
Arbalest Elite doesn't remain tapped at your next untap step if you activate it's ability.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Arbalest Elite

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
16/11/2013 : Portals to Theros - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Arbalest Elite doesn't untap at your next untap step if you activate it's ability.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
