Describe the Bug:
Æther Charge can target owner

Which card did behave improperly ?
Æther Charge

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
16/11/2013 : Portals to Theros - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Æther Charge can target only opponent

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Originally I didn't want to report because it was so obvious or maybe in duh mode already, but when I saw the AI targeting himself once in a while I hit the report button

copy paste from gatherer, but unfortunately that doesn't trigger the forum card description (you can also type special char with keyboard combination ALT+0198 = Æ)
