[fixed/close]offering mechanism doesn't count colorless mana

1- Offering ability has a global bug that doesn't take into account either the non-coloured mana when subtracting the mana of the offer creature to cast the newor doesn't take into account 
mana of the offer.
tested Patron of the Akki and Patron of the Kitsune

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
All the mana coloured and non-coloured (evaluating coloured to subtract coloured if needed)from card offered has to be subtracted from the card with offering that is cast.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Patron of the Akki
Patron of the Kitsune
Patron of the Moon
Patron of the Nezumi
Patron of the Orochi
EDIT - Also creatures playing offering can't be cast instantly.
