[fixed/closed]Ichor Slick

Describe the Bug:
- Ichor Slick when cycled and the madness effect & card appears cost is never paid(never prompt to pay) and you are asked to target creature for free,over and over again the cancel button doesn't do anything and you repeatedly click on it until you are told that you loose as you don't have any more cards although library shows to have cards.
- That happens when discarded with madness without cycling,too.
- the usual bug that when discarded due and of turn discard no madness effect take place.

This also has been fixed probably by the last work on cycling cards and rest rules engine cards.Closed.
