Describe the Bug:
Rime Transfusion has probably leftover code to it as when I activate it,it asks firstly for target permanent,I select the creature enchanted(this is also wrong) and then I am asked for target permanent again and again until I cancel(lands can be targeted too probably all permanent) I can't see if anything is happening to other permanents.The enchanted creature seems to get the correct ability.It finds tapped permanent illegal,too.
EDIT: ALL The above doesn't happen if you have only 1 land untapped to use.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Rime Transfusion - the enchanted creature gets the ability it shouldn't be targeted when you activate it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

savegames are corrupted and screenshot isn't helpful either.

It appears to want an untapped land to be targeted.

And it doesn't require the mana be from a snow land either (I know snow mana is a known issue but I thought I'd be thorough).

Probably a dialog issue, but when you use Rime Transfusion 's ability, it asks for 1 mana (which you can pay with any source), then it asks to 'select target creature' when it wants you to select an untapped snow mana source, and if you click on a snow land it then gives the legacy card, but if that snow land id untapped it is tapped, basically paying twice.

Besides the usual problems with snow mana, this charged to activate. Fixed in 518172a.
