Describe the Bug:
kobold taskmaster is giving himself the +1/+0

Which card did behave improperly ?
kobold taskmaster

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
16/11/2013 : Portals to Theros - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Kobold Taskmaster should only give other kobolds +1/+0

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

There was a card_kobold_taskmaster() added to legends.c in OtI, but ct_all.csv is still pointing at the exe version.
