Describe the Bug:
Evil Twin is targeting the creature it copies, but it doesn't use target language in the description ("enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield"). This prevents it from copying creatures with protection, shroud, and hexproof and triggers certain abilities (ex. illusions).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It copies without targeting.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Clone, Vesuvan Doppelganger, Phyrexian Metamorph, Phantasmal Image

Note: Clone and Vesuvan Doppelganger use the same language and have rulings that specifically say they don't target.

How much of this did you actually test, and how much are you assuming from the prompts (which are admittedly wrong except for Vesuvan Doppelganger)? All the cards listed look like they should already be able to copy creatures with shroud etc. Triggering illusions is harder to tell from eyeballing the code.

Tested illusions and Progenitus/Emrakul (in which case it fails to resolve, not bad target), then assumed shroud and protections (which don't test out).

Also note: Daru Spiritualist gets its bonus when Evil Twin copies it.
