Describe the Bug:
Recover effect doesn't trigger when a creature dies from bf.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Recover
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Jan 01, 2014 : Commanding the revision of Ice Age v2 - DUEL
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Recover effect trigger when a creature dies from bf.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Recover cards

Tested with Garza's Assassin and Sun's Bounty, oddly Garza's Assassin get exiled while it shouldn't when going to gy...

Whenever a card could be recovered it gets exiled instead.

It goes to the gy after resolution, but when a creature then goes to the gy (when the recover would activate) it is exiled.

Also, if there is one or more cards with recover in a player's graveyard and a Garza's Assassin controlled by that player dies - no matter whether it's sacrificed to activate its own activated ability, sacrificed as part of another card's abiility/effect/cost, dealt lethal damage, or destroyed by an ability or spell - Garza's Assassin is exiled along with the other recover cards in that graveyard.
If Assassin dies when there are no cards with recover in its owner's graveyard, it behaves "normally", i.e. is not exiled until another creature is put into that graveyard from the battlefield, in which case it gets exiled without prompting the option to recover it like the other recover cards.
