Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
ALL the above are TRUE at least for uncountered spells.(I don't expect them to work correctly if the spells are countered but just in case):
1- when you use Jester's Scepter ability the card that has to go from exile to graveyard doesn't:
1a- If it is a land another land seems to be thrown to graveyard and the original land remains exiled.(the legacy that shows the cards seems to erase the land from there correctly)
1b- If it is a creature or other permanent(not tested all)either a copy goes from exile to gy or a different card at times outside of the game.The original remains in exile.(the legacy still shows the card on it so you can use it's ability forever?)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Jester's Scepter when ability is activated the card has to be removed from exile and put into the gaveyard and removed also from the legacy card that shows you the exiled with it cards.No matter who player's spell you activate it on or which card you remove from exile to counter or not.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Well, the Scepter's code recently went under intensive adjustmente, so this is fixed righ now.

On casting gave the following dump and then crashed:

However, I could not fully test the AI part: hopefully it would activate it successfully.

1) the text on top of the box displaying the cards exiled with the Jester's Scepter reads 'Card cards exiled by Jester's Scepter'

2) testing AI is near impossible, but his use of the Jester's Scepter was very inconsistent. Sometimes he used it and sometimes he didn't, even when mana was available and he had no other cards or abilities which he might have been waiting on. Priority on this might want to be increased.
