[duplicate]Sapphire Medallion is now overperforming

Describe the Bug:
Sapphire Medallion used to underperform (multiples copies not lowering additional costs like buyback), and apparently it is now overperforming.
In the savegame I cast Capsize with 1 Sapphire Medallion in play. Total cost should be UU+3, but I am requested to pay UU+2.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Commanding the revision of Ice Age V2
normal gauntlet

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Total cost should be UU+3

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Buyback should be part of total casting cost and all paid at once, but it currently is decided on and paid after the initial casting cost so the reduction occurs twice. Could it be an engine limitation (since current rules require targets to be chosen before mana is paid, yet manalink requires mana to be paid before targets are chosen)?
