Describe the Bug:
Cloudstone Curio 's triggered ability lets its controller return a nonartifact permanent that just entered the battlefield under his/her control to his/her hand.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Whenever a nonartifact permanent enters the battlefield under Cloudstone Curio 's controller's control, he/she may return another permanent that shares a type with the former to its owner's hand.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Still can bounce a creature just cast (didn't test for other types).

After resolving the effect the card just played (if a card was bounced) remains untargetable until another card of the same type is played and effected by Cloudstone Curio.

Actually it seems the permanent that triggered Cloudstone Curio remains untargettable forever, and not just for Cloudstone Curio's effect but also for some other effects (Heritage Druid for instance). Joining save.

Fixed in 5ac8063.
Also now you can bounce permanents with Shroud / protection.
