Describe the Bug:
- When casting Surging Dementia, game shows top 4 cards of caster lib, then "activate" the rippled cards but then game ask to put in bottom lib all 4 cards and nothing happen after resolution but the original spell.
- AI loop the game when trying to cast it

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
- When casting Surging Dementia, game shows top 4 cards of caster lib, then activate the rippled cards and then ask to put in bottom lib the remaining cards.
- AI doesn't loop the game when trying to cast it

Hmm, probably the AI cast the same card from deck again and again as it should be removed before playing it for free and not after. Fixed in 9d857d1
