Describe the Bug:
- If caster choose to use to exile 2 black cards, game will ask for target creature and the game will be stuck as there are no valid target or cancel button
- AI can cast it without target and randomly gain or not life

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
- If caster choose to use to exile 2 black cards, game will ask for target creature and the game will not be stuck
- AI can't cast it without target and randomly gain or not life

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I couldn't cast it (either way) unless there was a creature in play. When exiling cards to cast it asked for target creature (no cancel button) and when I choose my own creature it said invalid target (where).

PS: Stassy, savegames are actually preferable to screenshots, especially for complex bugs like this.

Well, Korath and Gargaroz likes better screenshots than savegame, and the setup is not that complicated (10x Soul Spike, 10x Ornithopter, 20x Swamp, debug mana to cast at turn 2 and you are set), can't please everybody :P

Anyway I will try to provide one when I can, I don't have a lot of time for testing and I am skimming through CIA2.dck while getting one bug per card tested, it's quite hard to keep up the pace...

Know the feeling. Hopefully HarlequinCasts will become a mod soon and the load can be lightened a little. You carry too much of it.

1- I would add that player is found illegal target,too and you are not prompt to choose "target creature or player".
2- if you cast it normally the exact same bug happen,too.

Can't cast it for alternative casting cost.

Can't cast it unless there is a creature in play, and can only target creatures.

You can't use the alternative cost as it'll require to exile the two cards after deciding the target, to avoid problem if you hit "cancel". You were able to pitch the spell when a creature is in play, right ?

targeting is fine. casting by discard is bugged (and is for similar cards too). Not all cards in hand are displayed for you to choose from and cards that are actually removed are not the ones chosen.
