Brine Shaman counterspell ability does not ask to sac creature

Fixed in c3ce2ce

Now it can't counter at all. Never asked, and if you try to use it as a fast effect it automatically uses the pump ability.

Can be used now, but doesn't counter the creature spell.

Still bugged the creature spell is not countered-the counter ability isn't put on stack.
Also there is no cancel option in the first prompt to use both of it's abilities by paying cost "sacrifice a creature". There shouldn't be cancel options only in the later prompt to target creature to boost,or counter.

I've fixed (and tested) and improved both abilities in 5a63288
