Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
Thassa's Emissary can't be cast this time for normal cost when you have only 4 lands so prompt window doesn't open to ask normal or Bestow(in which case normal works even this time).I have cast it several times with the above conditions so it works BUT this time can't be cast and I can't find the reason although I tried several possible ways.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Thassa's Emissary? maybe Molten Disaster that was cast a turn earlier?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
I can cast it as there is no card preventing me to do so?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In your save game you have more than 4 lands (so I don't get why you mentioned that) and Thassa's Emissary can be cast fine.

If you have 4 untapped lands.....(and I mentioned without opening the prompt window which ONLY opens if you have mana available for both abilities)
either play the other card with 2 cmc or tap the excessive lands and then try to cast it.

Ah, got it. If you only have 4 untapped lands it only lets you cast it normal, but the spell fails to resolve and mana gets kicked back to pool. If you have 5 untapped lands it resolves normally. If you have 6+ and select cast normally from menu it resolves normally.

Duplicate (I think) of this bug.
