Describe the Bug:
Choice of Damnations if AI selects for you to sacrifice your permanent except for the number you have chosen you always have to sac 1+ the number you have chosen.I don't know if it counts Rules Engine.(in 2 cases it selected both times to sacrifice-good calls)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Choice of Damnations if you are the target and ex. choose 5 and made to sac you have to sac until you have 5 permanent left not 4 left.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Your save game is corrupted.

And I think the AI needs to be tweeked. I got the AI to cast it 4 turns in a row, I selected either 1 or 2 each time, and the AI kept having me loose life.

It loads just fine for me so either I have moded my game while testing things and that corrupts my savegames for you(most likely and forgot about it ) or you did.

Try it again and select 3 or 6. I ask, because you chose 5 and ended up sacrificing 5 permanents, so I just wonder if the problem is an x+1, or if it causes you to sac the number chosen rather than all but the number chosen.

Already did and the result is the same I get to be left with -1 what I choose.

Yup, you're right : it was counting Rules Engine and other "special cards" as permanents.

Don't know if this is AI issue or problem with the card, but I just had the AI choose -4 as the number.

And I couldn't get AI to choose anything but to have me loose life, even when I chose 1 and had multiple big creatures and lots of lands.

Slightly improved the AI in 3456cb4
