When Retribution is cast, it targets two opponent's creatures as it should, but then it demand its caster to choose which creature should be destroyed and which should get the -1/-1 counter, while it should be a up to the AI's/opponent.
Also, the game get stuck because the game doesn't allow to re-target the already chosen creatures and the only option is to "cancel" the selection, wasting the spell.

As of CoRM15 mini3, Retribution's controller does no longer get to choose which creature to put a counter on and which to sac, but the spell now does nothing when it resolves.
Neither is one of the targeted creatures sacrificed, nor does one of the targets receive a counter.
