Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
When an instant or sorcery card is revealed and cast for free with Galvanoth while also controlling Melek, Izzet Paragon, the latter doesn't copy that card.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Melek, Izzet Paragon or Galvanoth

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Melek copies instants and sorceries cast from its controller's library.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly Unexpected Results and Temporal Aperture - haven't tested those.

Melek's third ability doesn't even attempt to work with anything except Melek's second ability.

Anyone care to put together a list of cards that let you cast something directly from your library, so they can all be fixed all at once?

Not counting cards that exile cards from your library and allow them to be cast (which is apparently the preferred mechanic).

Descendants' Path (but doesn't apply here)
Galvanoth
Garruk's Horde (but doesn't apply here)
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Unexpected Results
Panglacial Wurm (but doesn't apply here)
Spellshift (if used in a weird way)

Those are the only ones I could find searching Gatherer for 'cast' + 'library'.

play + library, too - 701.11b To play a card means to play that card as a land or to cast that card as a spell, whichever is appropriate.

So at least Future Sight as well. I haven't searched.

AHHHH!!!!! Play is included in player, so 400+ results.
