Describe the Bug:
Thousand-Year Elixir 's static ability doesn't affect creatures stolen from the opponent (= creatures controlled by Elixir's controller, but owned by their opponent.)

Which card did behave improperly ?
Thousand-Year Elixir

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
BotG v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Thousand-Year Elixir 's static ability affects all creatures controlled by its controller.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also:

1) If Thousand-Year Elixir comes into play after a creature does, that creature is not affected.

2) If Thousand-Year Elixir is tapped when a creature comes into play that creature is not affected.

And it was improperly removed if you had two copies of Thousand-Year Elixir, one left play, and the other wasn't somehow an enchantment. Fixed in 44c140e.

For the record, doesn't effect non C cards.

But strange bug, the haste is granted to creatures before it enters the battlefield. Ex. I cast a Balduvian Conjurer, then Thousand-Year Elixir, and when I am asked for fast effects for casting the elixir the Balduvian Conjurer is available.
