[fixed/closed]Orcish Settlers ability does nothing

Describe the Bug:
When clicking on Orcish Settlers in order to activate its activated ability, the game asks for target land until all lands on the battlefield have been targetted, marking each of the targetted lands with a crossed out circle in the process.
The game doesn't prompt to pay mana afterwards, doesn't destroy any of those lands and Orcish Settlers is neither sacrificed nor tapped.
The lands stay marked with crossed out circles for the remainder of the duel.

BotG v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Player may choose to cancel or end targetting procedure after any number of lands has been targetted.
Game asks for the corresponding amount of mana to be paid.
Orcish Settlers is tapped and sacrificed after mana has been paid; the targetted lands are then destroyed.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also can be activated while it has summoning sickness.

Probably a design choice, but is there a reason the number of lands destroyed is capped at 10?

Cards can't have more than nineteen targets in manalink, and the C runtime squanders the last nine potential targets of every card on global data. (Undoing that is the "auxiliary storage" item in my sig.)
