Describe the Bug:
Looks like the last report on the card was labeled 'fixed', but Jaya Ballard, Task Mage 's last ability still costs to activate (as reported by Aswan jaguar here.)

Also, if there is no blue permanent on the bf then there are only 3 options, and if you choose cancel it asks for mana as if you chose the 3rd ability (while if you choose the options for either the 2nd or 3rd ability you get asked for mana as per the 2nd ability).

Choice window restructured used the new "dialog" option, hopefully it should be all right now in 5762210

Did you address the activation cost?

It was all due to the way the window choice was programmer, it should work as intended now.

No idea if this was fixed.

When Jaya Ballard can be activated (when it loses summoning sickness, either beginning of turn after summoning or if debug summoning sickness away beginning of next main phase) game crashes with no dump file.
