When Flesh Reaver 's ability is activated by AI (didn't check when used by me), it triggers more than once during the same turn. In my EDH game, it has triggered 7 times in a round, reducing the AI's life points from 36 to 8 at once.

It also happens when controlled by human. Also note, in my 2 tests it triggered 5 times once and 3 times the other, so it doesn't appear consistent.

Now it doesn't trigger at all (so you don't suffer any damage).

Still bugged.No trigger to deal that much damage that Flesh Reaver deals to creature or player when controlled by both players.
