[fixed/closed]Commanders go to gy when dying after exile

Describe the Bug:
I first noticed this with Obzedat, Ghost Council. The rule regarding commanders optionally returning to the command zone when being destroyed by spells/abilities or when being dealt lethal damage worked flawlessly up to the point where Obzedat had left the battlefield and returned to it via its ability.
After it had done so, it would just go to the graveyard without offering the option to return it to the command zone when dying.

Then I tried making other commanders switch back and forth between zones via spells like Cloudshift or Flickerwisp and the same thing occured. They just went to the graveyard when destroyed afterwards.

Exiling them with Swords to Plowshares instead of destryoing them returned them to the command zone, though, so the issue seems to be limitted to dying.

Commanders' affiliation with teh command zone is tracked when they are exiled or move to otehr zones.

Did it come back with the usual commander effect card?

No. In both savegames, the respective commander returns to the battlefield without its effect card.
